This Payments & Payment Options Policy governs all financial transactions conducted with Planta Crop Care (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order on our platform, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
1. Accepted Payment Methods

5. Failed or Reversed Payments

- Suspend customer accounts pending investigation
Customers remain fully responsible for any unpaid balances.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds, where approved under our Refund Policy, will be processed through the original method of payment unless otherwise determined by the Company.
Processing timelines for refunds depend on the issuing bank or payment provider. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
7. Fraud Prevention & Verification
To prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions, the Company reserves the right to request additional verification documents before confirming or dispatching orders.
Orders suspected of fraudulent activity may be cancelled without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from payment processing errors, gateway failures, or banking delays.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction in dispute.
9. Amendments
Planta Crop Care reserves the right to modify this Payments Policy at any time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.
