1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact our support team immediately. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt to be eligible for a return.

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

4. Non-returnable Items

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
