1. Order Processing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.
Processing timelines are estimates only and exclude weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen closures.
2. Shipping Timelines
Delivery timelines provided at checkout are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to logistics constraints, regulatory inspections, weather, or force majeure events.
Delays in shipment shall not entitle the Customer to compensation, cancellation, or damages except where required by applicable law.
3. Shipping Charges

Failure to notify within this period constitutes acceptance of goods in satisfactory condition.
7. Agricultural & Sensitive Goods Disclaimer
Certain products may be environmentally sensitive. The Company shall not be liable for deterioration due to environmental exposure, improper storage, or regional regulatory restrictions.
8. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Orders returned due to incorrect address or refusal may incur return shipping, re-shipping, or restocking charges. Refunds, if any, shall exclude shipping and administrative costs.
9. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, transport disruptions, pandemics, or other events beyond reasonable control.
10. Limitation of Liability
